3. Professional Communities
Each WorldOf community may have additional guidelines specific to that industry or professional domain. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with community-specific rules.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain rights to the original professional content you create and share, while granting WorldOf.pro a license to display and distribute that content within our platform. Our community structures, networking systems, and platform design are proprietary property.
5. Professional Content
You are responsible for ensuring that content you share does not violate intellectual property rights, confidentiality agreements, or professional ethics standards. You should clearly identify when you're sharing personal opinions versus professional advice.
6. Networking Etiquette
While we facilitate professional connections, the decision to connect and share contact information is mutual. Members should respect connection boundaries and professional preferences.
7. Service Levels
We strive to maintain high platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to all communities and features. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to improve service quality.
8. Disclaimer of Professional Advice
CONTENT SHARED BY MEMBERS REPRESENTS INDIVIDUAL OPINIONS AND EXPERIENCES, NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. USERS SHOULD CONSULT QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS FOR SPECIFIC ADVICE TAILORED TO THEIR SITUATION.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORLDOF.PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INTERACTIONS BETWEEN MEMBERS, PROFESSIONAL OUTCOMES RESULTING FROM NETWORKING, OR CONTENT SHARED BY COMMUNITY MEMBERS.
10. Account Management
We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate professional conduct standards or these Terms. Members may appeal decisions through our review process.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by New York law. Any disputes shall be resolved in New York County, New York courts.
